How to Use the Paycheck Calculator:

  1. Select First Paycheck Date: Use the date input field to choose the date of your first paycheck for the year you’re calculating.
  2. Choose Pay Frequency: From the dropdown menu, select your pay frequency:
    • Weekly: If you get paid every week.
    • Bi-weekly: If you are paid every two weeks.
    • Semi-monthly: If you get paid twice a month, typically on the 1st and 15th (or similar dates).
    • Monthly: If you receive one paycheck per month.
  3. Calculate: Click the “Calculate” button to compute how many paychecks you’ll receive in the year and how they are distributed across each month.
  4. View Results: The results will appear below the form, showing:
    • The total number of paychecks for the year.
    • A table displaying each month and the number of paychecks for that month.
